High Throughput Screening
We aim to set new standards in the development of plastic formulations by developing an HTS concept. Our machine-based concept combines design of experiments (DOE), dosing, mixing, injection molding, testing and data evaluation in an integrated system designed to deliver high-speed results to the required degree of accuracy.
The High Throughput Screening system is the ideal complement to existing compounding and test equipment, which works significantly more slowly. User advantages are

10 to 50 times faster than the conventional approach. Complex formulation problems can be processed at reasonable cost (polymer blends, optimization of a complete range of formulations, etc.)
Flexibility
Production of samples from specific formulations to be tested at the customer (application-specific), automatic analysis of mechanical characteristics at Polymaterials, use of customer tools to produce components with a variety of formulations
Practice-related
Production of standard (ISO, ASTM, DIN, etc.) test samples (Axxicon utilization tools)
